Tibet Horizon Ride: Discover Tibetan and Diverse Ethnic Cultures & Peaks, Yunnan

This tour will get you acquainted with the diverse geography of southwest China. described an eternally peaceful and quiet place among mountains in the East.

Our first stop will be the city of Eternal spring-Kunming, We will apply for our Chinese motorcycle driving licenses and have the opportunity to enjoy the moving beauty of the Kunming City.

Then we will ride west, from Nuodeng village to Tengchong, enjoying the thousand year old villages, Volcanoes National Park, Gaoligong National Forest Park, and tasting the famous small grain coffee of Yunnan along the way. Along the way we will meet different Chinese ethnic groups.

Leaving Tengchong we will officially enter the Tibetan settlement and visit the sacred mountain Meili Snow Mountain, then we will head to Shangri-La, here we can visit the  Kadam-Sonzanlin Monastery, the 2nd largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in the world, which is known as the “Little Potala Palace” in the whole Tibetan area.

Our next stop will be Lijiang, you can miss this unique city , it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stroll through this city, enjoy the authentic cuisine.

Then we will ride back to Kunming through Chuxiong.
